Tonight we had baked cod, no breading, with a quirt of lime, with a plain non-fat yogurt sauce, flavored with more lime and chopped cilantro. For the side we had half a sweet potato and steamed spinach, flavored with a bit of lemon juice. YUM! I am having to eat a super low fat healthy diet,due to a attack of pancreatitis. It really does help.
